Following a recent inspection by the Environmental Health Officer
we are delighted to have received the top score of "5" for all the criteria in which we were assessed,
namely:-
1) Compliance with food hygiene and safety procedures; 2) Compliance with structural requirements;
3) Confidence in management/control procedures.
In the "Overview" section of his report, the inspector stated: "The standards you have currently achieved are very good...you are to be congratulated..."
This highest score rating has been converted into a Hygiene Rating Score which equates with the
following National Food Hygiene Rating for our premises:
